Welcome to BrandEU. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BrandEU mobile application ("App"). By using BrandEU, you agree to these Terms.

BrandEU is created and maintained by an independent developer based in the European Union. There is no company behind the App.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

BrandEU helps users discover European alternatives to global brands. All content is provided for informational purposes only. BrandEU does not endorse, represent, or have any affiliation with the brands listed unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 16, you may not use BrandEU.

4. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, export, or reproduce the App’s database or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use automated systems such as bots or crawlers
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Misrepresent BrandEU or impersonate the developer
• Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose

5. Brand Information & Accuracy

BrandEU includes information about European and global brands. While the developer aims for accuracy:

• Information may be incomplete or outdated
• Product classifications and recommendations may be inferred or approximated
• Logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners
• No guarantees are made regarding completeness or accuracy

BrandEU is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on the information provided.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Content

Except for third-party trademarks, all data, layout, text, visual elements, and metadata are the intellectual property of the developer.

6.2 Third-Party Trademarks

All brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used under Fair Use principles for identification only.

6.3 License to You

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use BrandEU for personal use.

7. Sponsored Content & Paid Promotions

BrandEU may display certain brands or content as “Featured,” “Promoted,” or “Sponsored.”

Sponsored placements may:

• Appear more prominently in the App
• Include a custom description or hero text
• Be part of paid commercial arrangements

Sponsored content will always be clearly labeled as such within the App.

Disclaimer: Paid promotion does not imply endorsement or recommendation by the developer. The developer is not responsible for the accuracy of claims made by sponsored brands or the quality or performance of their products. Users acknowledge that some content visibility may be influenced by commercial partnerships.

Your privacy is important. Please refer to the BrandEU Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected and processed.

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is”
• No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability
• The developer is not liable for errors or omissions, app downtime or data loss, inaccurate brand information, consequences of using the App, or sponsored content or third-party claims

Use of BrandEU is at your own risk.

10. Changes to the App or Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. If material changes occur, they will be announced within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Termination

The developer may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, legal or security concerns arise, or the App is discontinued. You may stop using the App at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the developer’s country of residence. Any disputes must be resolved by the courts in that jurisdiction.
